Investing
Browse offerings, review the underwriting pack, choose an amount, and fund your wallet. Orders are gated on completed KYC and allocated when the offering funds.
Ownership
Allocations mint shares in the property SPV to your account. The ownership register is immutable; every movement is a ledger transaction.
Distributions
Net rental income is pooled into distribution batches, allocated pro-rata by shares held on the record date, and paid to your wallet.
Liquidity
Scheduled exit windows let you request redemptions priced on the latest valuation, net of the stated fee. A secondary marketplace is available where enabled.
