Terms of Service

The agreement between you and mxpropstake.

1. The service

mxpropstake operates a platform for fractional investment in real estate held through dedicated special purpose vehicles (SPVs). By creating an account you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and the offering documents for each property you invest in.

2. Eligibility and verification

You must complete identity verification (KYC) and any required suitability checks before investing. We may decline or restrict accounts that fail verification or breach these terms.

3. Investments

Subscriptions are binding once allocated. Investment amounts, fees, projected returns, and hold periods are stated per offering. Projections are not guarantees.

4. Distributions and liquidity

Distributions depend on actual net rental income. Exit windows and secondary trading are offered at our discretion and may be suspended, delayed, or unavailable.

5. Risk

You may lose some or all of your investment. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice.
